One line that matters most. ToTa-Ai drafts replies; you decide what to send. You are responsible for every message you send, including any draft you choose to send unedited.
1. Acceptance
By installing or using the ToTa-Ai app or this website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app. These terms are between you and Dhumketu Ai Labs.
2. What ToTa-Ai is
ToTa-Ai is an assistant that reads incoming WhatsApp message notifications and drafts suggested replies in your voice. It opens the relevant chat with the draft pre-filled (or copies it to your clipboard for group chats). It is a drafting aid — not an autoresponder and not a WhatsApp client.
3. No automated sending
ToTa-Ai does not and will not send messages automatically. Every message is sent by you, manually, after you have reviewed the draft. You must not attempt to modify or use the app to send messages without human review. Automating messages on a personal WhatsApp account may violate WhatsApp's terms; complying with those terms is your responsibility.
4. Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the content of any message you send, edited or not.
- You will use ToTa-Ai lawfully and not for spam, harassment, or bulk unsolicited messaging.
- You will respect the privacy and consent of the people you message.
- You are responsible for keeping your device and any AI provider credentials secure.
5. AI-generated content
Drafts are generated by third-party AI models and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for the context. The confidence indicator is a hint, not a guarantee. Always read a draft before sending. Dhumketu Ai Labs is not responsible for the content of AI-generated drafts or for messages you choose to send.
6. Third-party services
ToTa-Ai relies on third-party AI providers (such as OpenRouter or Gemini) to generate drafts and on WhatsApp to deliver messages. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services, and ToTa-Ai is not affiliated with WhatsApp or Meta.
7. License
The ToTa-Ai v1 client is provided under the Apache License 2.0. Your use of the source code is governed by that license. These terms govern your use of the app and website as a service.
8. Early access and changes
ToTa-Ai is early software offered on a best-effort basis. Features may change, break, or be removed. We may update, suspend, or discontinue the app or any feature at any time, and we may revise these terms; the "Last updated" date reflects the current version.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
ToTa-Ai is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that drafts will be fit for any particular purpose.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dhumketu Ai Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from messages you send, AI-generated content, or your use of or inability to use the app.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at the location of Dhumketu Ai Labs' principal place of business have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
