Per-conversation memory
Each contact carries its own context — what they ordered, what you promised, how you usually talk. The next draft already knows.
WhatsApp reply assistant
ToTa-Ai reads the message, remembers the whole conversation, and drafts your reply in your own voice. It opens the chat with the draft ready — you read it, change a word if you like, then you send. It never sends for you.
Android 8.0+ · drafts stay on your device · you press send
How it works
ToTa-Ai sits beside WhatsApp, not inside it. It listens for new messages, drafts a reply, and hands the chat back to you — open and ready.
ToTa-Ai sees the incoming WhatsApp message through Android's notification access. No accessibility tricks, no screen reading.
Using what it remembers about that contact and the way you write, it composes a reply with a confidence read on it.
One tap on Open in chat takes you straight to that person's WhatsApp thread with the draft already typed in.
Read it, tweak a word, then press send yourself. ToTa-Ai never pushes a message on your behalf.
The one that saves the most time
Other tools stop at the clipboard. ToTa-Ai resolves the contact to a phone number and deep-links straight into their WhatsApp thread — draft pre-filled, cursor blinking, send button one tap away.
What's inside
Each contact carries its own context — what they ordered, what you promised, how you usually talk. The next draft already knows.
Drafts read like you wrote them, in the register you actually use — not a polite corporate template that fools no one.
Every draft shows a high / medium / low signal so you know when to skim and when to read closely before sending.
Not the moment to respond? Pick a preset — tomorrow morning, weekend start — and ToTa-Ai keeps the draft ready for then.
A small bubble floats over WhatsApp so you can drop the draft in without leaving the chat you're already reading.
You approve who ToTa-Ai pays attention to. Pending, approved, blocked — your inbox, your call.
Privacy by construction
ToTa-Ai is deliberately limited. It reads message notifications to draft a reply and resolves contacts to open the right chat — and that is the extent of its reach.
Questions
No. This is the core rule of the app. ToTa-Ai writes a draft and opens the chat with it pre-filled, but the send button is always yours to press. Automating sends on a personal WhatsApp account is against WhatsApp's terms, and we built around that on purpose.
Through Android's notification access, the same mechanism a smartwatch uses to show your messages. You grant it explicitly in Settings, and you can revoke it anytime. ToTa-Ai does not use accessibility services to read or tap your screen.
Conversation memory and contacts are kept in a local database on your phone. When a draft is generated, the message text is sent to the AI provider to compose the reply — that is the only data that leaves your device, and only for that purpose.
Yes, with a caveat. Group chats can't be opened by a direct link the way one-to-one chats can, so for groups the draft is copied to your clipboard and WhatsApp opens — you paste it into the group. ToTa-Ai tells you clearly when that's the case.
Android 8.0 (Oreo) and newer. ToTa-Ai is built fresh in Kotlin and Jetpack Compose — no legacy baggage.
The v1 client is licensed Apache-2.0. It's an early, founder-built tool — request early access below and we'll get you a build.
Early access
ToTa-Ai is in early dogfood. If you run a business on WhatsApp and you're tired of typing the same thoughtful reply for the hundredth time, come try it.
